Decent diaper bag, slow shipping
I recently bought the backpack diaper bag. It's spacious and seems durable, fitting everything I need for outings. The design is practical, with plenty of pockets. However, shipping took a bit longer than expected, about 7 business days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little drawn out when I needed it. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a solid product for the price, but they could definitely speed up delivery times.
